Council Meetings

Typically Council meetings are held at 1:00 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, excluding July, August, October, and December. Council meetings are held either by electronic means or in-person at the Millennium Room located in the Asphodel-Norwood Community Centre and everyone is welcome to attend.

Anyone wishing to speak before Council and make a presentation to Council may do so by providing the Clerk with a Delegation Request no less than six (6) days prior to the Council meeting.

Council Meeting Highlights are posted to provide a high-level summary of items discussed at the meetings of Council. They do not contain all items raised and are not official minutes or records of business.
