Shop Asphodel-Norwood Contest

1. Visit a retail store or utilize a service provider in the Township of Asphodel-Norwood between Tuesday, July 1, 2024 and 11:59 p.m. Sunday, September 1, 2024 to receive one (1) contest entry per receipt or paid invoice of $20.00 or more.
2. Hang on to your receipt! Submit your receipt(s) by one of the following methods:
   • E-mail a picture of your receipt or paid invoice, clearly showing the purchase/service date to local@antownship.ca, along with your full name and contact information; OR
   • Drop-off your physical receipt including your full name and contact information at the Municipal Office (2357 County Road 45, Norwood). Receipts can be placed in the red drop box located outside the front office door, or handed to a Township staff member at reception.
3. Weekly contest draws will be held by random selection based on the entries received up until 11:59 p.m. on the Sunday of the week prior. Draws will take place on the following dates:
• Monday · July 8, 2024;
• Monday · July 15, 2024;
• Monday · July 22, 2024;
• Monday · July 29, 2024; 
• Tuesday · August 6, 2024;
• Monday · August 12, 2024; 
• Monday · August 19, 2024; 
• Monday · August 26, 2024; and
• Tuesday · September 3, 2024.
4. Each week, one (1) winner will have the choice to be awarded a $50.00 gift card/certificate to a retail store or service provider of their choice within the Township of Asphodel-Norwood, or donate $50.00 back to the community through a service club or non-profit organization of their choice within the Township of Asphodel-Norwood. 

1. Contest is open to residents 18 years of age and older. Prizes must be accepted as presented and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
2. Residents may submit multiple entries and are not excluded from winning multiple weekly draws. 
3. Prizes (gift card/certificate) must be accepted as presented and cannot be exchanged for cash. 
4. Contest winners agree to abide by any gift card/certificate conditions as issued by the merchant. 
5. Contest winners agree to have their name released on the Township of Asphodel-Norwood's website and social media accounts as part of the Shop Asphodel-Norwood campaign. 
6. The Township of Asphodel-Norwood assumes no responsibility for any product or service purchased during this contest. 
7. Township of Asphodel-Norwood Staff and Council Members, along with their immediate families, are not eligible for any Shop Asphodel-Norwood Contest winnings. Immediate family members include: spouse/significant other, child, parent, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchild.
